Return Policy
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the
date you received the order, unused, unwashed, and in original
packaging for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges).
Please e-mail us at
info@lovebugclothing.com
for a return
authorization number prior to sending your items.
Items that were purchased on a free shipping
promotion will have the regular shipping charges deducted from
the order when a return is made. The remaining amount will be
refunded to your method of purchase. All sale items are
returnable for exchange or store credit only.
All sales become final 14 days after you receive
the order— please do not return items to us later than 14 days.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 days. You will
receive a refund notice via e-mail that your refund has been
processed.

Re-shipping charges will be charged to the payment method on file with the original order. If we have mistakenly sent you an
incorrect item or size, we will cover the return shipping
charges.

Due to variations between kids,
brands, styles and fitting preferences we cannot guarantee fit.
Our experience has taught us that height is usually the best
indicator. If you are having a hard time deciding between two
sizes, you may wish to order up a size, as children will always
grow! If you would like measurements of a specific garment please
e-mail us
and be sure to include
the item code, name and size of the item you are interested in,
as well as what you would like us to measure (sleeve length,
inseam, waist, etc.). We do make every effort to note
differences per brand (runs small, cut slim, etc) in the product
descriptions.
Sales Tax
All items shipped to an address in Colorado will
be charged 2.9% sales tax.

Gift Certifiticate are available in $20, $50, or
$100 increments.

Gift wrapping is available for
$2.99 per package. All packages will be gift wrapped in our
signature tissue and box with your personal gift message.
Shipping
Your package will be shipped using either USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will be notified which
carrier was used via email once your order has shipped. Most items ship within one business
day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted.
